Measure your patches size

Minimum: 100 patches
Delivery: 3 - 4 weeks
Colors: Up to 7 colors
Additional colors: $0.10 per color and per patch
Metallic threads: Add 40% per patch
Iron-on backing: Add 30% per patch
Velcro backing: Add 40% per patch
Adhesive backing : Add 20% per patch
Black felt background: Add 30% per patch
Black velvet background: Add 20% per patch

 

Custom Patches Coverage

The 75% means that we use a twill backing and embroider your design/text onto the twill to create the patch. The patch is only partly embrodered.

The 100% Embroidered Patches provide the highest quality, as the entire patch is embroided in thread stitches with no visible twill. Designs with more coverage will take longer to sew and use more thread, therefore increase the price. However, it will give your patches with best look. More questions? See Patch FAQs

Once the payment is received, we will provide an image of your Embroidered Patch proof. We will only finish the production after your approval. Our Facebook Patch Album shows the original digital graphic designs and the final patch product. This will give you an idea on our quality work in converting digital image into a patch.
